It's gotten a little bit better, but it still needs some work. And, he has to either go with the full beard or nothing. At least that's my preference for facial hair. 
However, I do think that he is pretty sexy when he performs. 
I feel the "ew's" coming, but here goes:

Hmmm...I don't watch AI, so I've never seen him perform. I think I'm gonna have to go with NOT HOT.
I DO watch AI (religiously), and I say HOT!! :)
I have to say HOT, though those pictures don't do him much justice...
Jenn-I know! When I was looking for pictures of him, I couldn't find any that really exuded the sexiness he brings to his performances. I thought to myself, "why do I think he's hot?" But man, watching his performances from last night on youtube-hot, hot, hot. Maybe I should embed a video in this post...

120% not hot! He may have the musician thing going on but there but I just can't look at him and say he is hot.
I don't watch it either so I can only go based on the pictures--the first two make him look pretty skanky but the last one isn't bad...I'm gonna have to go with NOT here...sorry!
